Elemental Analysis Applications
Elemental testing supports a wide range of technical and commercial applications, click to explore elemental testing applications below:
Determine the elemental composition of unknown or suspect materials to confirm their identity and grade.
Verify alloy composition and confirm materials meet specification requirements for manufacturing or engineering use.
Detect impurities or trace elements that may affect product performance, processing or regulatory compliance.
Provide analytical evidence to support compliance with regulations such as RoHS, REACH and product safety requirements.
Identify elemental contamination or material inconsistencies that may contribute to component failure or unexpected performance issues.
Analytical Techniques
Our laboratory uses advanced analytical techniques to perform accurate elemental testing across a wide range of materials, including:
- ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy)
- XRF (X-ray Fluorescence)
These methods allow us to determine the presence, concentration and distribution of elements within materials, providing clear and reliable analytical data.
