At Prestige Valuations, you can arrange an online valuation in a few simple steps. In many cases, we do not need to see the item in person. Simply upload clear images (ideally on a plain white background and hands-free) together with the required supporting documents.

We typically require the original purchase receipt or invoice, manufacturer authentication documents or warranty cards (for watches), or a previous professional valuation, to verify ownership and confirm the item details. Your valuation certificate will then be emailed to you.

If you prefer an in-person valuation, you are welcome to visit our Hatton Garden office. We can also attend your home or office by appointment.

Please note: Online appraisals are conducted without physical inspection of the item and are therefore based solely on the images and documentation provided. As such, this will be issued as an unseen appraisal.

While many insurers accept remote appraisals for insurance scheduling purposes, acceptance of any valuation ultimately remains at the discretion of the individual insurance provider.
